Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (multiple shifts needed)

Job Description:

  • Customer Service Support for TeleHealth (online Doctors portal)
    • Tech Support & Scheduling Visits
    • General Questions/Answers
    • Credits
    • Feedback on call drivers & satisfaction issues
  • Must be fluent in English
    • Spanish a plus but not necessary

Main Tasks:

  • Inbound telephone calls for the following:
    • Create/Update user accounts
    • Reset/Unlock user account passwords
    • Basic informational questions regarding website and its abilities
    • Basic questions regarding billing and credits
    • Help scheduling appointments
  • Outbound telephone calls
    • Call backs for follow up issues
  • Data Entry

Training Time:

Classroom and OJT

Requirements needed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • Strong communication skills
    • Written/Spoken
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer Proficiency
    • Using/Typing/Web
  • Great team player
    • Works well with others
    • Works well in diverse environment

Availability needed (3 schedules)​

  • Overnight Shift (Three 12 hour shifts)
    • ​Monday (Sunday Evening) 12am - 12pm
    • Tuesday (Monday Evening) 12am - 12pm
    • Friday (Thursday Evening) 12am - 12pm
  • Day Shift (Four 10 hour shifts)
    • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
      • 8am to 6pm
  • Mid Shift (Four 10 hour shifts)
    • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
      • 11am to 9pm

Start Date:

  • ASAP


  • Starting wage $10 per hour
    • Higher starting wage if you are Bilingual (Spanish)
