Job Description:

  • Support for Health Care informational website
  • Basic questions and technical support
  • Must be fluent in English

Main Tasks:

  • Inbound telephone calls for the following:
    • Create/Update user accounts
    • Reset/Unlock user account passwords
    • Basic informational questions regarding website and its abilities
    • Basic questions regarding billing and credits
    • Call backs for missed calls
    • Data Entry

Training Time:

1 day – Classroom

Requirements needed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable Transportation
